The Columbia CSL Board of Trustees typically meets on the third (3rd) Wednesday of each month at 7PM ET via Zoom.
Per Section 11.9. Meetings of Board of Trustees; Item 6) Open and Closed Meetings:
"All Board of Trustee meetings are open to the Columbia CSL congregation. However, attendance at any meeting or part of any meeting of the Board may, at the Board’s option, be limited only to the Trustees. No votes or motions shall be taken during the closed portion of the meeting, with the exception of personnel matters and employee related issues."
